I thought I had a pretty good handle on the challenges of Diversity... But that was before I met Celia Young. Celia's presentation was nothing short of stunning. Her passion, insight and delivery had an impact on the audience unlike any I'd seen. One could literally see 'the lights coming on' in the individuals who publicly responded to her series of observations and questions. Afterwards, everyone I spoke with said Celia's presentation was one of the most eye-opening, meaningful and practical they had experienced.

She helped unleash the leadership potential among promising Asian leaders. She enhanced senior management's awareness and competencies in their ability to manage and utilize Asian talent.

Person-centered Coaching: A Gestalt Approach

Regardless of your position in the organization, you need to add coaching skills to your tool box in order to enhance your effectiveness at work as a change leader.
HR professionals as well as managers are increasingly required to be proficient in coaching at work. "Gestalt" is a work model and tool to develop great leaders by becoming fully who they are. The key to a coach’s success is his or her "use of self".
Workshop Outcome:

  • Increased awareness of self and your relationship with your environment
  • Understanding of the choices you have made and the new choices you can make
  • Becoming more effective by fully using “self” as an instrument in coaching

Schedule:  June 23, 2012
