Through Celia Young & Associates consulting and coaching services, Ms. Young helped P&G's Asian Community develop a vision and strategy for retention and advancement of Asian Professionals at P&G. Our Approach


Our approach to working with individuals, groups and total system is based on our “Cycle of Development” model.

Awareness Raising
Nothing happens until one notices oneself and one’s environment. We work to assess what is happening currently and to compose as full a picture as possible. Individuals or organizations cannot change until they become fully aware of who they are and where they are.

Leadership Awakening
Nothing changes until someone is interested in changing. We work to identify where the energy is in the individuals and in the organization. When there is enough interest and energy in the system, leaders for change will emerge and change will be fully supported.

Competency Development
When a system is fully aware and interested to change, it will need new skills and tools. We work to increase the competency of individuals, groups and total system to effect change.

Strategy and Execution
Effective change depends on effective strategy and effective execution. We work to help compose a well-supported plan and commit appropriate resources to carry out the plan at multiple levels of the system.

Reflection and Assessment
Growth does not happen when a system does not learn from its success and failure. We help individuals and organizations take stock of their change efforts, capture their learning and make a plan to apply to the next change effort.
