ASIAN AMERICAN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
As Asian Americans, we often have higher than average education and professional expertise, but have we gone as far as we can go in our career in Corporate America? Are we often recognized for our way of leadership? How do we succeed in an organization culture that often clashes into our own?
Workshop Outcome
At the end of the workshop, the participants will have:
